Urethane Casting

Urethane casting is the most economical way to produce functional parts that mimic mechanical properties of injection molded plastic parts. 3-D Techincal Services has some clients who use this method for their production parts due to low volume and frequent design changes. We offer a large variety of durometers from 10A (skin soft) through 85D (Formica table top) as well as water clear urethanes for clear or tinted parts. We have rotomolding equipment to create hollow, light-weight parts. We routinely rotomold bottles for multiple product comps. We also produce cast silicone parts.
